Taverners Cricket Club

Arthur's Knights is a social cricket club playing "taverners rules" cricket with its home ground at St. Columba's College, Dublin, Ireland. The Club competes against fellow "taverners rules" playing cricket clubs in Dublin, as well as playing matches across Ireland and Europe each season. The Club was founded by Arthur Dunne in 1995 where he 'cajoled' retired cricketers to join the team, and convinced non-playing cricketers to take up 'bat' and 'ball' and do "battle" as a Knight on the cricket pitches of Dublin. The Club's heritage is based on building life-long friendships and memories through the game of cricket.
